Tube Heat Exchanger
The tubular heat exchanger is installed in the milk pipe leading to the cooling tank, between the milking parlour or robot and the milk cooling tank, and is connected to a cold water supply or ice water.
The milk enters the milk cooling tank already pre-cooled.
